Former Assistant Secretary of the Philippine Department of Labor and Employment. He runs the Labor Law Division and has over fifteen years of experience in labor-management relations and labor administration.
During his stint at the DOLE, Atty. Estrella held the position of Chief, Labor Appeals Review Staff of the Secretary of Labor; Director of the National Capital Region; Asst. Secretary for Regional Operations.
He had likewise participated in seminars/study tours on labor administration subjects in the United States, Canada, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, Nicosia and Indonesia.
