was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1977 and has over two decades of experience in labor litigation, dispute settlement and collective bargaining negotiations. Prior to his joining the law firm in 1988, he held various positions in the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and in private companies.
He was admitted to the Partnership in January 1996 and attends to most of the labor cases of the firm's numerous clients
