He graduated from the University of Sto. Tomas College of Law, summa *** laude, and eventually became a Lecturer in the said University.
In 1957 and 1966, he became a member of the Philippine Bar Examination Committee which administers the examinations for admission to practice law in the Philippines.
He was a consultant of the Philippine Commission on Bar Integration which led to the creation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines in 1973.
Atty. Vicente E. del Rosario in the early part of his career was associated with the Law office of Manuel Roxas, who became the 5th President of the Republic of the Philippines.
After Manual Roxas assumed office as the President of the Republic, Atty. V. E. del Rosario established his own law practice on the 5th of April 1949.
