Atty. Virgilio Ma. Del Rosario heads the Corporate and Tax Division. He was a bar examination topnotcher in 1972. He completed his master’s degree in law at Harvard University and gained invaluable experience during his five years with the tax division of Sycip, Gorez, Velayo and Co. (SGV), the Philippines representative firm of Ernst and Young. He was appointed by the Philippine Supreme Court to be a bar examiner in tax law in 1987.

Atty. Valeriano R. Del Rosario is at the helm of the Maritime and Admiralty Division. He has a masters degree in maritime law from the University of Wales, United Kingdom, and has gained invaluable experience and training from working for three years with a prestigious London firm specializing in maritime law. He is a law lecturer in transportation law and he has been a much sought-after speaker because of the depth of his experience in this area. His area of expertise also includes construction litigation.

Atty. Salvador J. Bagamasbad heads the Labor law Division. He is a former labor official at the Department of Labor and employment (DOLE). Atty. Bagamasbad has extensive experience in collective bargaining negotiations, labor relations, labor counseling, arbitration and mediation. With him is Atty. Francisco L. Estrella , former Assistant Secretary of DOLE, who recently retired from the partnership but who remains a full consultant of the firm.

Atty. Julius N. Raboca leads the Litigation Department. He has over 20 years of advocacy experience before the regular courts and quasi-judicial government agencies. Prior to joining VeraLaw, he was the Department Legal counsel at the Department of the Interior and Local Government. His area of expertise also includes securing franchising for companies in the telecommunications industry.
