Valdes worked in another full-service law firm as a Senior Associate, where he gained crucial experience in matters such as construction arbitration, corporate housekeeping, energy contracts and financing, criminal and civil litigation, original land titling proceedings, and many others. Aside from preparing pleadings and appearing before courts and tribunals, Evan is also involved in negotiating and reviewing contracts and performing corporate due diligence.<\/p><p>Evan earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Far Eastern University \u2013 Institute of Law where he was admitted as an Entrance Scholar and graduated Second Honors.
