In addition, she provides general consultation, advice, and opinions on all aspects of corporate law, corporate governance, commercial transactions and business taxation to foreign and local clients engaged in business in various industries.<\/p><p>Jennifer and her team of paralegals assist clients with their general corporate housekeeping requirements as well as guide them through the processes of corporate restructuring, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisition, and even dissolution. She practices before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Board of Investments, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, Clark Development Corporation and other government agencies to assist clients with their corporate matters.
