Under the previous Rules, an applicant or registrant is required to submit the following Declarations of Use:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">a. Within 3 years from the filing date of the application;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">b. Within 1 year from the fifth anniversary of the registration of the mark; and<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">c.
