Ma. Kristel G. Capio is a litigation practitioner. She advises on a broad range of civil, criminal, labor, and corporate litigation matters. She is a key member of the litigation team at VeraLaw which represents a variety of local and international clients. Kristel is involved in all the various aspects of the litigation process including pre-litigation settlement, mediation/conciliation, trial proper and appeals. She further specializes in construction litigation, financial arbitration and complicated dispute resolution and settlement matters. She is dedicated to providing excellent representation to all her clients regardless of their size, status, or the complexity of their case.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Santo Tomas where she graduated cum laude and her Juris Doctor degree from San Beda University. Kristel’s interest in the intricacies of politics greatly influenced her decision to take up Political Science as her pre-law course. A profound knowledge in policy making, government structures, and political theories/ideologies serve as great foundation in her practice of law. Kristel has been with the firm prior to passing the bar. While she loves the thrill law practice brings, she often seeks peace and quiet to find a sense of balance. She enjoys hiking and finds comfort in nature.
