Prior to joining the Firm, Evan Jonathan W. Valdes worked in another full-service law firm as a Senior Associate, where he gained crucial experience in matters such as construction arbitration, corporate housekeeping, energy contracts and financing, criminal and civil litigation, original land titling proceedings, and many others. Aside from preparing pleadings and appearing before courts and tribunals, Evan is also involved in negotiating and reviewing contracts and performing corporate due diligence.

Evan earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Far Eastern University – Institute of Law where he was admitted as an Entrance Scholar and graduated Second Honors. He comes from a family of lawyers and worked at his family’s law office where he assisted with the drafting of pleadings, contracts, and letters, and also conducted legal research and answered legal queries of clients.

In his free time, Evan enjoys puzzles, muay thai, running, and simply spending quality time with his wife and their dog.
