Jennifer E. Cerrada

Managing Associate

specializes in Corporate Law and Taxation. She has more than 20 years of experience working on special projects to create appropriate corporate structures to maximize the tax benefits for foreign corporations and individuals wishing to do business in the Philippines. In addition, she provides general consultation, advice, and opinions on all aspects of corporate law, corporate governance, commercial transactions and business taxation to foreign and local clients engaged in business in various industries.

Jennifer and her team of paralegals assist clients with their general corporate housekeeping requirements as well as guide them through the processes of corporate restructuring, financial restructuring, mergers and acquisition, and even dissolution. She practices before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Philippine Economic Zone Authority, the Board of Investments, the Subic Bay Metropolitan Authority, Clark Development Corporation and other government agencies to assist clients with their corporate matters. She likewise practices before the Bureau of Internal Revenue, the Court of Tax Appeals and the regular courts for clients’ national and local tax matters.

She completed her Bachelor of Science in Management majoring in Legal Management and a minor in French Studies at the Ateneo de Manila University and obtained her Bachelor of Laws at the Arellano School of Law.

Outside of work, Jennifer is an accomplished dog trainer and has brought her golden retriever, Hunter, to a high level of obedience competing in Rally Obedience and Dog Agility competitions hosted by the US Association of Professional Dog Trainers and the Philippine Dog Athletics Association.
