Attys. Daphne Grasparil and Cherylette Lingao attended the ASEAN Confederation of Pharmaceutical Industry Associations (ACPIA) two-day conference held last August 17 and 18, 2015 at the Asian Institute of Management in Makati City. The two-day conference was attended by foreign dignitaries and representatives from the World Health Organization and Asian Development Bank, high-ranking government officials, and top management of multinational Pharmaceutical companies in the Philippines. Mr. Chew Phye Keat, the President of the ASEAN- Intellectual Property Association (ASEAN-IPA), discussed the roadmap to ASEAN-IPR action plan in the next 10 years including the possible standardization of Intellectual Property measures in the Region.

On August 25, 2015, Atty. Cherylette Lingao attended the briefing on “Intellectual Property Administration in Canada” upon the invitation of the
Canadian Chamber of Commerce.
