Attys. Daphne Ruby B. Grasparil, Luis Anthony Warren and Maria Francesca Bautista met with Dr. Maximilian Engelhard and Atty. Markus Muschke of Shwabe Sandmair Marx, a German Patent and Trademark firm, during their visit to the firm last October 17, 2014.  During the meeting, both sides shared their experiences and updates on German and Philippine Patent Laws. Dr. Engelhard and Atty. Muschke even topped off their afternoon’s visit with a brief and informative lecture regarding Europe’s upcoming Unified Patent Protection System.
