Attys. Daphne Ruby B. Grasparil and Roberto Paolo Suarez attended the forum “Scarborough Shoal: Truths & Lies” organized by the The Maritime Law Association of the Philippines (MARLAW), in partnership with Sociedad de Historia (SDH) and the Organization for American Studies (AMSTUD) last September 26, 2014 at the Henry Sy, Sr. Hall, De La Salle University – Manila, wherein additional lesser known facts, based on various documentary evidence and ancient maps, were presented with regard to the history and claims on Bajo de Masinloc or more famously known today as the Scarborough Shoal.
